This is a book about leadership and communications in times of change, based on the author's over 30 years executive experience from international companies, in a global, C-suite environment. It brings the bigger picture and why-reasoning, but combines it with how-factors, so you are able to leverage your enhanced leadership and communications skills for immediate actions and impact. It will offer you insights through formulas, effects, statistics, fact-based diagram, and ready-to-use-to-do-lists for instant impact. It will pragmatically and simplistically guide you to enhancing your communicative abilities, and thereby your leadership capabilities. "Be the change you wish to see in the world".
